At Velivora, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Once the order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram.

Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are made to order (Print on Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

You receive a damaged product

You receive the wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
